I made a reservation for a full size vehicle a week before I needed it. I had an Enterprise representative call the day before to confirm the reservation. I was busy at work and called them to let them know my wife would be in to pick up the vehichle in my name and was told "not a problem". My wife goes to pick up the rental and they do not have any full size vehicles. What is the point of making a reservation? I have used Enterprise for years and this is the 2nd problem in a row with them and I am finished as a customer.
So friendly & making your experience fast & easy ! My car was wonderful! Course I don't use anyone else , my past experiences have always been great !
Enterprise is also my favorite rental company, but they seem to try to change that. In this modern age it should be impossible to buy a car without cruise control, but Enterprise found a way. Same with a basic radio, but again, they found a way. My latest was a 15 passenger van, which was supposed to be a "Ford Transit or similar", of course the 'similar' was what I got. My advice to anyone renting from any company, ask lots of questions, even though you think you shouldn't have to ask!
Enterprise is my favorite car rental service. I have used other companies a few times and had to set in the waiting area for close to 2 hours. with Enterprise it is always fast and friendly service!
