If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would!!! My wife had the most unpleasant experience there. The staff was not corteous nor welcoming. The message on the wall's poster says : "We treat you as a family". SUCH A LIE. This place's manager refused to rent my wife a car. Other employees were rude as well. People who work there should be ashamed of themselves. I recently rented from our nearby Enterprise, I was first told there weren't any cars available. Then after informing the manager that I would just have to go elsewhere if there wasn't anything available until that evening about 4 or the next day. All of a sudden there appeared a car, wow!!! Then I guess I didn't look as if I could afford to rent a vehicle, (I don't know what that looks like), but I was offered the cheapest thing on the lot. they have good service the only problem is they hardly ever have any cars. prices are cheaper than most other rental places.
