Customer service at this place the last few months has really gotten horrible. Looks like there is a new crew here now. Not customer friendly at all. Takes a really long time to pick up your vehicle and to return. Corporate office really need to train this crew. One if the worst enterprise office I have ever rented from. What a great experience. Fast and friendly service from pickup to drop off. The staff is professional & enthusiast about customer service. Car reservation is always as requested & vehicles are impeccably clean. Great management, I Would definitely recommend this location.
Very dissatisfied with the Fall River Enterprise, after renting from the Gardner Ma Enterprise rent a car for 20 years and them always working with me in all situations. Fall River customer service was a let down. I felt they lied to me about cost and when I was in a bind with a return time because of a medical issue they were unforgiving and rude. I will not use them again! I'd rather ride a bike. Thanks for nothing!
Heavy turnover of most of the employees at the Fall River, MA branch but they all seem to be good people. Two areas that should be improved if customers are truly the priority... 1) Customers should not have to leave the establishment with a vehicle with only a 1/4 of fuel in the tank. The last thing a customer should be concerned with is taking a car to a gas station shortly after renting it.
