Astonishing place! Highly recommended. Vicente was very helpful such an astonishing worker!
Picked up our rental yesterday and they didn’t have the class of car we booked. We are taking a 26 hours road trip and needed the size car we booked. They gave us a standard Nissan suv and it’s awful! We are so crammed in here to the point where it’s hard to see out of the windows with all our stuff. I wish they would have notified us prior that they wouldn’t have a car we asked for the day we needed it or we would have tried to go somewhere else. Enterprise really needs to do better at making sure the customer gets the car ... read more
