Ridiculously small collection of vehicles ! Probably won’t have the class you reserved!!!!
If u have an option to use another renal service in the area, please do! I needed a car that the insurance was paying them for. It took me over an hour to get the car, even though there were 3 people working there up front. I ended up receiving a dirty car and one that was smoked in, even though the car had a no smoking sign. I asked for it to be cleaned and nothing was done. And they had nothin NOTHING to spray or disinfect or help with the smell! Very good experience, but some minor issues. Car was in great shape, aside from having a slow leak in one tire (I can see how that would be hard for them to catch though). They didn't have a hybrid, so I wasn't keen on the gas mileage, but it was fine for short-term use. Customer service was great. Primary reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they gave me 2 key fobs, which normally I'd say was great, but the fobs were secured together with a cable and said they were not able to separate them. This happened in October 2024, I had dropped my car for service at Patrick BMW and since they didn't have a loaner available, they booked me a rental from here and told me that they will be bearing the rental cost. The staff at Enterprise who assisted me recommended that I take the insurance at around $30/day. I picked up the car on Friday 10/18 and returned it in the afternoon of Saturday 10/19/2024.
