Great operation. Everything was easy and car was clean and full of gas.

Both Waltham and Natick teams worked together to almost seamlessly transition our car rental after getting a flat tire so that we could make a show in Western MA on time. In addition, both the original pick up and return was quick efficient and easy. I will be returning.
I have now rented from this location a couple of times. In both cases, service was quick, easy, and responsive.
Very courteous, car was clean, hassle free process. Absolutely painless, unlike another rental company that hurts.
