Update: Gave a free upgrade to full size and a discount... Not a horrible consolation for being over an hour late. Was very apologetic. Told me I couldn't change reservation to 8:00. Had to stay at 9:00am. I show up and they don't have any cars ready.
We had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. After taking a long and costly taxi ride to get there, we were told there were no cars available because it was a “busy day and all vehicles have been taken.” The manager, Christopher Graham, offered only a casual apology, told us to leave since they had no cars, and made no effort to help. Friendly and welcoming. Service at Enterprise really improves a lot. I had good experience at the one around Dulles Airport (DC) and here in Boston. Thank you guys for the nice work.
