The workers at this address are lovely and doing the best they can but like a Seinfeld episode if you make and confirm a reservation you are still unlikely to get a car.
Denied for lacking a credit card. I had the money! I had a card, even! I had even called ahead to confirm I had all the right documents-- my only mistake was assuming that when the fellow asked to confirm I had a credit card, he was just emphasizing a no-cash policy. Because nobody else cares what the little word on the card says! I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise in Waltham today. I had a car reservation scheduled for 12:00 PM and arrived on time to pick it up. However, when I got there, I was informed that there was no car available for me. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, and now I’m left without a car and very frustrated.
Called the number for my local Enterprise, but it goes to the national office. They tell me a truck is available, so I go in and of course there isn't a truck. Person at counter says, " yeah we've been having that problem"
Was in an accident over the weekend. These guys pulled a vehicle out for me and were amazing at getting it cleaned off (Day after Blizzard 26) and on the road. Keith and his team are outstanding and I heartily recommend them.
