So disappointed with this company was a reliable Customer for many years reserved in Visalia airport never call me then reserved one in Fresno branch they call me when I was 5 minutes from there that they didn't have one cald Herts rental they gave me a big discount for going with them now that's customer service now I'm a customer for life remember this It takes years to get a customer and minutes to Loose One😎
My husband booked online and booked for a Nissan Rogue. He got a Subaru Outback. Enterprise shared that they do not guarantee the same car booked online and the Outback is just like the Rogue. Funny they both are different models and different names. They did this the last we rented a car! This is the last time I will be dealing with Enterprise!!!
The front desk employee there is very helpful. Very understanding and was able to work with my needs that were able to get complied with theirs, very patience and kind crew when working with customers, big shout out to Jonah. Thank you for your help
