The only place I go to when I need to rent a car
It’s highly misleading to have a booking engine that allows you to rent a car, specifically a luxury car and then be told the day of your pick up that no luxury cars are available and only one car was left which was a standard car. I was given the opportunity to take said option at a discounted rate, which I opted for. That’s fine but what isn’t is the severe lack of rental cars and the booking site still allows you to book cars when they’re sold out.
