I reserved a vehicle online and two days before I was to pick it up. I received a phone call from the local office telling me that I had to not only pay the full rent in advance for the 2 days but also had to pay an additional $200 refundable deposit up front and that was not disclosed in anything on the website. this is deceptive. it is unacceptable and I will not ever recommend this car rental agency to anyone
Oh my goodness!!! The staff on Rodi Rd Turtle Creek was wonderful!!! Excellent service and even assisted me through my rental/vehicle warranty issues! I can't thank the staff enough (Myles Yarbough, Keith Yarbough, and Jeremy Iellimo) particularly Myles' patience and tenacity through it all! You all are greatly appreciated!!!
