Terrible. Car is dirty. We had to wait 2 hours. They were out to lunch when we arrived. Ugh.
This review is no stars. We reserved a mini van to take our freshman to college. The van was reserved for 9:00am. Upon arrival at 8:50am, we were told the van has been taken fir an oil change and how late can we leave. WE called a few weeks ago and the night before to confirm our van was ready. At no point did anyone mention we would not receive the van on time.
