Everything went quickly and smoothly! Great customer service. The guy who assisted with the pick up on 9/4 was very friendly and the girl who assisted with return on 9/5 was so sweet! The desk is by the hotel lobby, so it was easy to walk from hotel room, and the rental cars are located on level 10 of the parking garage. Only downside was that they are not open all day everyday.
Received vehicle with missing back up sensor and received replacement the next day because we went out of town the previous evening, and reimbursed for that day we were having problems for backing up. Will definitely rent from enterprise again
This company does not care about the loss of loved ones and or families
I rented a car in Reno and drove to Lake Tahoe for the day. They treated me good with the price and size of car. We had a great day in the mountains and had lunch on the Lake. Thanks Enterprise for a great time and memory.
