Location is hard to find! The enterprise desk is located on the lobby of the casino floor (technically 2nd floor). All the card are located on the 10th floor of the parking garage. In order to drop off, enter the garage using the self parking signs an keep driving up till 10 floor of the garage. If no enterprise person is there on that floor, take the garage elevator to lobby floor (it literally says lobby on the elevator button) and the enterprise desk is right in front of the elevator on the lobby.
