Had a fantastic experience with the Morganton, NC office. Very professional, courteous, vehicle was outstanding. Can't say enough good about them. 10 stars, would definitely recommend!
This Enterprise location is always professional and very helpful with my car rental needs as I driver around 50K miles a year. I always rent from this location and never have any issues with vehicles I rent, and that's rare for car rental businesses these days.
I Have to utilize this place often for work. They are great to work with and very efficient even when it’s a busy day (I don’t recommend going on Monday morning). Jared and his team are really awesome!
i got overcharged for a rental during memorial day weekend (1 day rental, got charged for 3 days) and the location never picks up the phone and the regional manager has never addressed the issue after submitting many customer service tickets in. unacceptable.
