Enterprise wanted me to write a review about my experience with this Enterprise. Here it is in all its glory. First: I reserved a SMALL vehicle 6 months before for a 8AM pickup. I normally drive a Ford F-150 Crewcab with a side step for my short wife. Second: There was tropical storm Hermine. When I finally was picked up (in a Crew Cab Ford F-150, extended bed, lifted truck), I was informed that this was the only vehicle available in all of Charlotte that day. I absolutely love this location! Jamen(please excuse the spelling) the branch manager, Jack and Muhammad always greet me by my name which makes me feel welcomed each and every time I visit. I ONLY use this location for my rental car needs. Voted BEST rental car franchise in Charlotte and surrounding areas by me!
