My review is a bit long but end results are definitely the best experience we've had with rental companies in the state of Florida! We reserved a large 7 passenger vehicle with another rental company in Ocala off south pine avenue 2 weeks prior to pickup date. When we arrived to pick it up (the other co.) the employee at the counter said they had no large vehicles. I’ve rented a few times from this Enterprise - I’ve found the location often can be busier than staffing can support However, the staff is incredible, especially Shara who navigates difficult situations effortlessly and with such a positive presence - she is the reason I continue to rent here.

The representative ensured a smooth and efficient rental process. When I appeared to be unsure of the vehicle I wanted he asked a few questions. I then explained my reason for renting. He listened well then suggested the best vehicle for my needs. He made the entire process a breeze both pickup and dropoff.
