This is the fourth time I have been in a rental through the Enterprise office located at the Ocala airport. I can't say enough about the staff at this location. I have rented a vehicle at many locations and with other rental agencies too. This location has the best staff and the customer service is outstanding. All of the staff at the Ocala International Airport are great to work with and they do take care of you. Above and beyond their normal customer service.

Airport Enterprise thanks again for great service. Excellent team there. Great vehicles. The rental was for personal use. Reserved online and picked up a little after our reservation time. Busy day there but the staff worked well as a team, worked quickly and treated all the customers great.

Got my rental through an insurance claim. They picked me up at the auto shop and drove me to the rental office. Overall a great experience except for the time to complete the transaction. The administration part, the check in and completion took quite a while due to the number of people getting cars that morning. Same on the return.
