I am writing this review as a ”10” STARS, goes out to Mr Eric Gomez at the FM1960E enterprise location in Atascocita. Eric’s approach to customer services is nothing less than exemplary. His professionalism, friendliness, respect and dignified manner of taking care of customers is to be exemplified. Flawless interaction without delay. Picked me up in the car I requested & picked up the car afterwards. I would have given 6 stars if I could. Quick and Easy. Exactly what you need when renting a car. Highly recommend.

I could not have gotten nicer service. The agent/ staff member could not have been kinder. He made certain I was given all the information I needed. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable.
