Let me start by saying I've been an Enterprise customer for over 20 years and this is the first Enterprise location where I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. When the female humanoid (she doesn't deserve any other title) behind the counter found out I didn't have a major credit card she denied me service. I was completely amiable up to this point. I've always rented from Enterprise in the past in general and always had a great experience. Recently I rented from this location this past weekend and I was able to get a great deal for upgrading. For the life of me, I can't remember her name but she had short blond and she was able to accommodate me every step of the way! Thank you =]
