Put in a reservation over a month earlier, wanted a mid size car, when I went to pick it up they only had 2 trucks to choose from. After awhile they came up with a little car. No choice but to take it. They only way to make up is to pay for the $13 of gas I owed, and said free upgrade next time. Free upgrade? They never have the car I want!
