This location is the absolute best example “we’ll pick you up”. In this case, while I didn’t need to be physically picked up, my mood sure did. I was dealing with a stressful situation when my car needed a repair that would take a couple days. I booked and picked up a rental on a very busy day for them, but thanks to their teamwork, I was in/out with a rental car with very minimal disruption to my plans. This enterprise is trying to charge me for other people’s damages. We had a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan. The car had came with damage scatches on the bumper , car had been side swiped , and lots of damage. When we returned the vehicle we had one issue someone had hit the car with their door then left a small dent. After returning the vehicle we had spoken to the manager.
