Simple and easy to rent from, total five star experience from the Falls Church Enterprise location
I needed a rental after my car was hit by an inexperienced, young driver. Renting from Enterprise in Falls Church, VA turned out to be a very pleasant experience following an unanticipated need for a rental. Pickup was easy. The front desk staff was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle, a Mitsubishi compact SUV, drove well and was very clean. I couldn't ask for better service or a better overall car rental experience! Definitely recommend Enterprise Rental, Falls Church!
Used this location per an insurance claim after our car was totaled. The staff was extremely courteous, explained the rental process, and made sure I was all set up for success. Pick-up and return was a breeze, car was clean and well equipped. Grateful that a stressful time was made less so by the Hillwood Ave location.
