Wonderful experience as always!
Enterprise told me that upgrading my vehicle would get me a better car, but when I got there, it was literally the same car I would’ve gotten without the upgrade. Complete waste of money. When I asked about it, they just brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. If I hadn’t paid for the upgrade, I still would’ve ended up with the same exact car. Total scam and misleading service. Definitely won’t be renting from them again.
The staff at Enterprise were really impatient with me. I felt rushed the whole time, and whenever I asked a question, they seemed annoyed. On top of that, I paid $3,500 for such a bad car it was nowhere near worth the price. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.
Super chill and attentive dude helped us so much from getting the vehicle to drop off. He even found my earrings. 100% will go back to this location
