I got a car that smelled like cigarettes and pot. They sprayed air freshener, so then it smelled like fruity smoke. It took three days to trade car- then the next one didn’t have air conditioning. It was very stressful to deal with when on vacation.
Enterprise should be in a different business. If your driver's license has been stolen you can't rent a car. Incredibly, they can't determine if you have a valid license unless it's in physical form.
The manager Jay is the best! Exceptional customer service, he goes above and beyond with his kindness and gratitude.Very professional! Very fast! Will get you the best rates and on the road. Enterprise is lucky to have a manager like him to represent the company.
