The Enterprise representatives were very proactive, reaching out to schedule my reservation. They were friendly and efficient, and explained everything quickly. Itt was a quick and simple process to pick up and return the car, and the car was clean and in excellent condition.
I was really taken care of by a gentleman named Lavon. He was pleasant, respectful, and completely professional from beginning to end. Any questions I had, he would answer quickly and in detail. I was honestly blown away by how kind he and the manager Riley were to me, especially since I was there under not so good circumstances. I will definitely return to this store soon.
When I showed up, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed from 10:30-11:30, but by 12:25, no one had showed up so I ended up canceling my reservation. Would not recommend. Three other people also came and left while we were there. If the location is closed, don’t let people book at this location online.
