I called this location to verify availability. There was a little static, when I was trying to ask some questions before reserving a vehicle. I was hung up on and I called back. After he answered, I tried again and I heard him asking a female in the background, if he should park the call. So, I thought that he was transferring the phone, but it went to a voicemail. Horrible experience booked my car months in advance show up for my appointment and they didn’t have my car. Horrible place need new management seriously they need to do something asap.

Reserved a truck, drove 40 miles there and the girl she don't know why it reserved me a truck, they have nothing available. Well obviously no one has been doin there job entering the inventory on hand. Doing the returns in the computer properly. She suggested I go to another branch. I just laughed.

My experience was that the next day the vehicle had maintenance light to come on, no one would answer the phone and when they did they put me on hold and didn’t come back to the phone. I called for 2-10 days no answer.
