The worst experience I have truly ever had. I have 5 children and have tried for days multiple enterprises to find a vehicle big enough like a big SUV and they have given me the runaround so many times. I am sick. The Southaven enterprise is a horrible establishment and should be shut down immediately. I can’t believe they are still in business. They need a new manager and new employees! They sit on their butts and don’t care at all weather you have something to drive or not.
The young lady with twists at the counter was VERY rude this morning on 8.16.25. Answered her Personal phone while I’m talking to her and trying to check in. At this point, just cancel my reservation. How unprofessional… I will Never go to this location again!!! Do better!!!
I had a previous experience that was not so well at this same location where I booked a premium and ended up with a downsized rental because they didn’t have what I wanted that day. But this previous experience was GREAT! From the employees to the manager Arlisha! She got me exactly what I booked and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!
