After a car accident I needed a rental car. I have used previously a place in Schenectady, but felt disappointed by that company so decided to try the Amsterdam location. I was so pleased by the service, the car was clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes. I would use this enterprise location for all our rental needs. Can’t say enough on how pleased I am. This location is great. Friendly, professional and courteous staff. If there's ever any problem, they will quickly take care of it. Rebecca is the best. Whether its for work or leisure, I've Been renting with them for a few years now, and will continue to do so!

The associates were very courteous and helpful and even upgraded my rental! The rental was a very nice and comfortable vehicle. I am very pleased with my experience with Enterprise and will use them again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
Store seemed to be understaffed. Car was not clean. Employee "rinsed" the car off before I took it. Inside windows were so dirty that I had to clean the front window twice. Didn't get any info on how to operate the car with the shift gear on the console. Door locks did not work with the keyless start. Did not like the Chrysler 200. Shifted very hard in lower gear. Felt like it was constantly trying to change gears. It was the right price but not pleased with much else.
Wonderful staff and manager, she went out of her way to make sure the customers were happy, perfect example of a professional :)
