Absolutely horrible. Better off going with any other rental company.
I would personally like to thank the guy working the desk today. He called to inform us that the minivan we booked for a vacation leaving tomorrow was unavailable. He assured us his regional manager would call us to come up with a solution. Well his manager was a no show, never called. We tried calling the booking call center which was unable to look up if they could help us. Every branch office they pawned us off to didn't pick up after getting transfered or was unable to help.
