I give ZERO stars. I made a reservation with Enterprise a week in advance for a visit with a customer. We flew into Ruston, LA and got an Uber to the Enterprise office because they inspired very little confidence when I asked them to schedule a pickup from the airport. When I got to Enterprise, they didn't have any cars available. Whatever....I figured I would just Uber to the hotel and Uber back once it was ready. I recently had a rental for a month while my truck was being repaired. My rental was ready upon arrival, and the process was effortless. When I returned the rental, the process was just as quick, and they even provided me a ride to the body shop to pick up my truck. I had a great experience with Ruston Enterprise.
