The customer service is outstanding. Depending on when you rent will depend on the selection, but if you call ahead to reserve a midsize and all they have are CUVs, SUVs, or pickups, you'll still be charged the same rate. They don't pressure you into buying "extras" and explain what each charge is. They also go out of their way to see what discounts you qualify for. They offer prompt pickup and if your car is done at a shop, they'll even take you back to your vehicle!
I've rented a car twice from this business since Thanksgiving break and they are amazing. They pick me up and drop me off at my job. They are on time in the pick up and very speedy with processing the payment so I can be on my way. Looking forward to my next rental.
Reserved a car for a road trip. Showed up the morning of my trip to pick it up and they did not have any car to offer me. We ended up using our own car to go on our trip. It was truly upsetting the way they handled us and it was not a great way to start our vacation. Very unprofessional. Buyers beware!
