Booked a reservation back in December of last year for this September… show up after landing and they tell me they don’t have any cars available due to being oversold. Be warned if you are planning your once in a lifetime trip to Glacier that if you use this Enterprise location you may not have a car when you show up even if booked many months in advance. They will then try and send you over to Budget…

We originally rented a car from Calgary, but got a flat when we were deep in the east side of the park. We called enterprise at 9pm and they delivered a new rental car from Kalispell by 7am the next day!! Very grateful for the nice man who made the 2hr + drive in the dark

If I was able to give NEGATIVE stars, I would. We rented a midsize vehicle and after waiting 1.5 hours for our rental, were put into a Jeep Rubicon. Bc of our long wait, Reece told us to return the car on empty and he wouldn’t charge us for gas. I should’ve known better, bc the second we returned the Jeep, gas was charged to my card and I had to call MULTIPLE people to get that charge taken care of — this being after both Reece and Andrew said they’d “get that taken care of for me.” Neither of whom did everything. Convinient location at airport for catching airline quickly. Drop off boxes available in offline time. Gas fill up and airport location - service charges are extra.

Such a pleasant experience. Easy, convenient, and phenomenal service. Ryan (manager) and Kyle were very helpful. They went out of the way to help me when I had to return the car 6 hours later. Appreciate the team there.
