Happy with my experience at this location. Just be aware that this place is 1.5 miles away from airport. We took a taxi from airport to Enterprise for $40. We were told to drop off the car at the end of our trip at this location. At the end of our trip, we tried to get Uber or Lyft to pick us up at Enterprise but no drivers available. One of the guys that worked there was walking by our car as we were trying to get an Uber so we flagged him down. Why do you make people wait in line for an hour with one person at the front desk when everywhere else I’ve been in the last 6 years let’s customers directly walk to the car when we make a reservation?
Easy, convenient process renting out and returning our vehicle. Zoe at the counter kept the process efficient (after having checked in online prior), professional and no frills. Topher took care of our rental return today, and he was courteous and personable. Hybrid SUV rented out was great and comfortable for the 4 days spent at Glacier NP - only had to refill once for the return fill-up prior the drop off. Thank you and we look forward to continuing business with y’all for future trips!
