I didn't even rent a car and I rate this place a zero stars , what a dump , I made a "reservation" and went in to pick up my rental , I guess 30 people also made a "reservation" and the place was chaos, understaffed I guess , no order to the place and the lobby was filthy , for the money you have to pay for these cars and a $300 deposit you would think they could be a little more professional, stay away from this place .
Currently renting from this location for the second time, Aiden has helped me both times and he is always extremely nice & explains everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the customer service!
If I can "- 0" I will. Kory and his colleagues at that office are so unprofessional and shady. I got involved in an accident of which the other guy was at fault. The guy's insurance "Erie," arranged a paid rental for me. I gave my credit card info as assurance to return the car in good condition. I also told them I will use my insurance "Geico" to cover the car. Kory called me after 24 days and he left me a message that I was suppose to use the car for only 10 days. Will try to charge you for damage already there. Make sure you have a lawyer when renting here, going through this issue with my son right now
