This enterprise stole my $400 gaming device. Long story short, I left a Nintendo switch along with a garage door opener and a key in the rental vehicle all right next to each other. I called the next day and was assured they would grab the items and it was no big deal. For the next 5 days they kept giving me the run around. Good company and car
Returned the car on time and dropped the key in the after-hours box exactly as instructed. Later, I was accused of returning it late and charged extra — completely false. When I called and said I had video evidence proving the exact time I dropped the key, they suddenly put me on hold and came back with, “Okay, we’ll refund it.” So the charge was never valid in the first place — it just disappeared once proof was mentioned.
