At this Enterprise location, the pickup process was quick and easy, but I experienced a few issues: 1) Make sure to ask the Enterprise representative to provide a detailed explanation of charges to your account (especially if you are going through your insurance and then the account is transferred to you for out-of-pocket payment). If I could give 0 stars I would. The members at this Chantilly location do jot hold compassion when it comes to their customers. I was left outside in the heat with my belongings by myself as I watched everyone in the office go home. No one offered assistance. I had no way to get home as I lost my car in a hit and run and was denied the rental for any longer due to an unpaid balance from a previous accident. Rented a 15 passenger van for a group trip. The van was neat and clean and worked great (Ford Transit). The store itself is a little slow, and when they charged me the final bill, they never email me the invoice. Tried to call multiple times, and stayed on hold for a while until they disconnected without helping. Finally had to go there in person to get a paper receipt for reimbursement.
