The place is full and there is only 1 person on 1 computer trying to do everything. They are so extra its so frustrating. My 8am appointment turned into 9.30am.
I rented an SUV for 15 days from this location, and everything went perfectly. Coming from Europe and renting a car in the U.S. for the first time, the process was smooth thanks to Jeffrey, who kindly explained everything. Even when we returned the car, they drove us to Dulles Airport. Excellent service—I can only recommend them
