My experience here was not pleasant. I have been overcharged for car rental insurance. I told them that I don't need it anymore about 2 weeks before my rental ended and they forgot to take it off in the computer and they saw that they overcharged me $375.00 and admit to it and they say that they will call me back to refund me back $375.00 They never did. NEVER CALL ME BACK. NEVER FOLLOW UP. KEPT CALLING AND MANAGER IS UNAVAILABLE. I AM NOT SURE IF THE MANAGER IS GETTING MY MESSAGES. Horrible customer service. I am thinking t... read more

Very disappointed Still waiting for my deposit fee Rented the car in September They charge the insurance fee and not even letting you know about it
