My vehicle was fine and the local reps were just doing their job However, I registered the car during the rental period on my IPASS account for tolls. Enterprise still stole money from me for claims of tolls unpaid. Even after presenting them with evidence provided to me by IPASS that the car was registered on my account they refuse to drop their fine. They will steal from you and put you through their planned out bureaucracy when attempting to get it back. Very unethical company.
Andrew and Liam (I believe that was his name) are amazing! They called me at the start of my trip to let me know the vehicle I purchased was not available and offered accommodations which slightly upset me because I purchased a bigger vehicle and was offered a smaller one but when I came to pick up, they out did themselves! I was able to get an upgrade without complications and was on the road earlier than expected! Dropping the vehicle off today was seamless and hassle free. Highly recommend using them for future rentals!
CANNOT get a human to answer the phone. Called, let them know of a change in need and person that talked to me made it seem all handled but it turned out to be all lip service. I needed to be picked up to go get my rental and believed it was sorted. NOT THE CASE. Then no one would answer and it was made evident I had somewhere to be and whomever I spoke to made it seem like it would all be good. SUCH A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. I'm so ticked off by the egregious unprofessional level of service.
The Third Lake Enterprise is great! I ordered my car and picked it up withing 45 min. The car was clean and ready to go. Returning the car was easy too.
