Excellent experience,
Rude front desk girl. Last min canceled my van tried to screw me over with small car for 6 adults. Dishonest and disrespectful. Manager hiding in his cubicle great job…. Just got a car from another location of Enterprise, you can at least try to be nice to people it makes a big difference in everyone’s experience . Have planned vacation for months and you almost ruined it with your poor customer service and unprofessional personnel .

I wasn’t going to write a review for this location, but we got a call from I’m guessing the manager or someone higher up asking us why we left a poor review. I was writing a review for the location we originally set our rental up from, but they called the morning of to let us know that our car wasn’t available.
