None of the workers seem to communicate at Enterprise. I booked online. Had a lady call me and say it wouldn't be ready till later. I waited. Called again and they said it was there and available. Drove to pick up and they didn't have it. Had another person tell me another time. Waited around several hours waiting on the vehicle they said would be ready just to never get it. Great service... Great rental... Great staff...
I wish I could give 10 stars. Enterprise in Elizabethtown went above and beyond for me today!!! I had originally booked with a local rental company, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told they didn’t have one available for me. I called Enterprise, and they were able to get me in a car as soon as I could get to the location. Joel made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Elijah ,Marey,Joel ,Hailey were all extremely helpful, patient and kind. My calls were answered in a reasonable time. They were happy to assist me with any questions that may have come up and everything was done with ease. You guys were great keep up the good work ! I will use you guys again and Definitely recommend 10/10!!
