Super experience. I was picked up from the body shop as arranged and the process was quick and painless. When I dropped the car back off it went very smoothly also.
The car i rented was horrible it said a loud annoying sound for a nearly 14 hour trip one way. But the manager took care of me is why I'm giving the 5 star review. They always do there best to make things right. That's why I always rent from them.

Quick and easy
Reserved an SUV 1 month in advance for our trip. Got to enterprise at time of reserved pickup time just for them to tell me they didn't have the size SUV I reserved (1 month in advance), they tried to give me a much smaller SUV and said thats all they had. I did refuse the vehicle elizabethtown offered me and went to Radcliff where they had an SUV closer to the size I needed! I will never go through elizabethtown office again!
