Reading the comments after the fact, I got lucky with getting a vehicle I reserved and dealing with two friendly reps, one picking up the car and the other dropping off the key. My experience had been great at least
I Recently rented a midsize SUV from Enterprise at OAJ/ Jacksonville, NC airport. The process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The car itself was clean and well maintained. I did look at several agencies prior to renting and Enterprise had the highest rating at the OAJ location across the board. I would definitely rent from them again.
Very good experience. Rented a car from them for a week, and it was really quick and easy, the car was very clean and in good condition. The woman we initially checked it out with wasn’t the most pleasant, but checking it back in, made up for it . Checking the car back in was extremely fast and easy as well, overall good experience.
