This would be a good place for a car rental business! What is going on with this place?! I took a relative to pick up a rental today as they made reservations last week. We arrived mid-day and were told by the two employees that they were expecting 18 customers today, but did not have a single car for any of them. What?! I rented a Chrysler 200 from Enterprise in Abingdon, Virginia recently. This was my first rental experience and I was impressed. The agent (Travis) was very helpful. He found me a better rate than I had signed up for online and took the time to show me several of the car's unique features. The car was great - very clean and a pleasure to drive. I would definitely recommend the Abingdon Enterprise and will likely use them again.
I rent from Enterprise in Abingdon regularly and they provide professional service each time. They pick me up and many times when I return the car they take me home. This is a valued service as well as their after hours turn in service which allows me to return the car even if they are closed unlike other offices in the Tri-Cities area. I appreciate the office's professionalism and friendliness towards its customers.
We decided to rent a car for our vacation so we wouldn't need to worry about getting there safely. We showed up on the lot that morning without prior notification. Yet, the service was as smooth and professional as if we had an appointment. It was quite a hot day and as I went in to pay & figure out what car we were getting my wife and kids were outside in the lot. Getting all the gear and such out of our own car to go.
