Ansley is a great person to deal with. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Brandon made check in painless. I got to choose from several vehicles and decide the best one for my trip. The whole team seems to be in sync with serving customers with a great experience.
Oh my gosh….someone with GEICO rear ended me…it took GEICO over a week to accept fault even with a police report stating their driver who rear ended me was at fault…then they send me to Enterprise, who tries to put me in a car that smells like smoke inside…. And they arrange Uber, but close the doors at 6:00pm because the staff is going home…#entitled #sadstateofemployees #horriblecompany #stayawayfromthislocation
