Good experience
This only is for the Lafollette TN branch. The cross-eyed gentleman was very dismissive and disrespectful to me for no other reason besides me being a woman. He was alot to deal with and caused a tremendous amount of stress. He also didn't know how to print a receipt and we had to wait quite a while before another employee came upto help him. This was our first time ever renting a vehicle and it was a 10/10 experience. The pick up AND drop off was so simple and easy. We had the option to choose our vehicle and the vehicle we chose was nice and served exactly what we needed and more for our vacation. Zero issues. We would 100% rent through enterprise again. The gentlemen (I didn’t get his name) that waited on us for pick up and drop off was super nice and made everything so easy.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable personal. Vehicle was very clean.
