From the website to the office my Enterprise experience was quick, easy, and affordable! The Agents were attentive and kind. No hidden fees and return was just as enjoyable.
Horrible experience! If I could leave a 0 I would. Made reservations for a car. When they opened in the morning they said no cars were available. Called corporate and they corroborated that there were 3 cars available. Employee did not wanted to rent the cars. He was even using one of the rentals as his personal car. Made us wait over 2 hrs for them not to answer their phones to let us know if a car had been returned. If you do not want to work Saturday’s DO NOT open the store. Never rent from here!
