Horrible experience! If I could leave a 0 I would. Made reservations for a car. When they opened in the morning they said no cars were available. Called corporate and they corroborated that there were 3 cars available. Employee did not wanted to rent the cars. He was even using one of the rentals as his personal car. Made us wait over 2 hrs for them not to answer their phones to let us know if a car had been returned. If you do not want to work Saturday’s DO NOT open the store. Never rent from here! There a joke had a very important meeting in Peoria at 3 o’clock has car reserved and got a car the morning I was supposed to get the car that he had none I would get the one and call me when they did waited all day missed my appointment and it’s 3 o’clock and still no car if you have no cars don’t let people reserve them I will never rent of the Jacksonville Illinois store again this is not good Business practices, you don’t reserve a car if you don’t have
