This Enterprise location in Chagrin Falls deserves a 5 Star! The whole staff were very kind, courteous and so helpful. They provided me with transportation and met all my rental needs.
My experiences with Enterprise have always been enjoyable. I've tried other companies and always ended up with surprise fees when returning vehicle. I've never had any surprise fees with Enterprise, who I've rented from at least 25 times.
rented a car from here and unfortunately I hit an identified object on the road and damaged the car. I reported the accident to enterprise corporate and I reported the incident to this branch and I reported the incident to whoever it was that checked the car in when it was returned. My insurance paid for the accident but now, six months later, they are telling me that I did not pay for the entire amount of damage and that I was no longer allowed to rent a car from them.
