Everything about our car rental experience was fantastic. We picked up the exact vehicle that we expected. We were in and out and on our way in a timely manner. The drop off experience was just as efficient. I will definitely be using the Enterprise Rental service for all my rental needs.
Yesterday was my first time ever renting a vehicle and I was nervous with not knowing what to expect. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the office was. I was greeted by Nick and I appreciated how polite and patient he was with explaining the paperwork and other details - any and all questions were answered and I did not feel rushed.
