I’m very disappointed with my experience at this branch. Before renting, I clearly explained that my insurance company (Safeco/Liberty Mutual) approved a maximum daily rate of $50.59 including taxes and fees, and I specifically asked for a vehicle within that rate. The agent assured me that it would not be a problem and even told me I would receive a discount and that the insurance would cover the full amount. Excellent service, the Wakefield office and staff are remarkable, knowledgeable, friendly and just the best experience. My vehicle was in a bad accident late on a Friday and I was picked up by Morgan within the hour. She was so nice to work with as well as all the other staff. Keegan was a great help on returning vehicle. Thank you!
