The people at the desk were very helpful. The answered my questions and were very professional.
They set me up with a bum car that was leaking transmission fluid. I drove to I-84 in central MA, but then needed to pull over at the picnic area near the CT line. The car would start, but not drive. I was stranded for five hours in Connecticut, which significantly delayed my travel. The roadside assistance was completely incompetent and sent the driver and I to a non-rental location to switch out the car. I reserved a car for two weeks. The girl at the front desk was nice enough at first and took me outside to finalize the signing of it all. She swiped my card in the handheld iPad outside and it declined. No problem at all. I asked can we run it again for a lesser amount. I had not anticipated the $300 extra deposit fee.
