When I arrived my reservation had been made but, there were no cars available that would be under the price the insurance company was willing to pay which left me having to choose a car that would cost me extra for the duration of the rental. Had some hesitations about this location when they showed up over an hour and half late to pick me up. Like c’mon, I live 5 mins away, what’s the hold up? The car itself was great but the random charge in excess of $200 was not as great. If your company makes a mistake and unintentionally charges a customer, fine, just do your best to resolve the situation and return the money to the customer as soon as possible.
