This place is slow. We made the reservation and said we will be there. They had one person checking people in. We sat in the waiting room for over a hour. The lady behind the counter didnt even say hello when I walked threw the door. No respect and no sense of urgency. What a way to run a place. I have nothing nice to say. There staff needs help.
This team has been very efficient and accommodating every time I've rented a car here. Miamore is has been especially helpful!
