Hello. My boyfriend just had a very frustrating experience at your University Drive location in Huntsville, AL. Despite having a confirmed reservation for a vehicle at this specific location, the vehicle was not available upon arrival. As a result, he was forced to take two separate Uber rides—costing him over $100 to get to the Athens location. When he arrived to the Athens location, he brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, and was told the issue would be addressed by providing an “upgrade” to a Dodge Ram. ... read more
