ENTERPRISE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! My personal car broke down an hour and half from home. We had just started our vacation and were on a 4 hour trip. We eventually got a tow and uber to the Tampa Airport to pick up rental from Enterprise. Awful!!!  awful staff managers and company. Was told different things every time I came to rent a car. They denied and lied the details blaming it on a new person. Did not try and apologize or understand my side- just barked at me to leave. While they were calling me a liar. Awful management and staff. Fire them all. No customer service skills at all. I remained calm but was clearly upset be iE every time I came to clear up the rental, it was different things needed every time. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

My best advice don’t rent from Plymouth, Indiana location  This isn’t the first time its  the third time that we rented a truck and it was not available. Rented a car with the extra insurance. The car was faulty and they tried to say I damaged it! I will never rent a other car from them again!

Roadside assistance is nonexistent. I was broke down 18 out of 24 hours because they rented me a faulty car that was zip tied together! Manager was rude! Never ever again! Do not recommend!

I rented a car from enterprise in Rome ga. I bought the extra insurance and was broke down 18 of the 24 hrs. The car was rigged and zip tied at the bottom. The person who was supposed to your Tow the car called and cussed me out saying I need to call AAA. I was Nevery compensated in any way for my trouble. The manager there is rude and i definitely would never recommend enterprise.

I was loyal for 10 years. Enterprise betrayed me in an instant: They helped the white family. Told me to come back in the morning! I've been a loyal Enterprise customer for over a decade, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. On May 29, 2025, I rented an SUV from the South Michigan Avenue location in Chicago. Still waiting at Pikes Collision Center. Pikes called and was told they were sending the driver right over. I just called 40 minutes later to see where the driver was and someone else told me I had a confirmed appt for 4:30pm—30 min from my call.  Unbelievable.  Hope the rest of my experience isn’t the same.  Guys, seriously ?
