Very efficient process with no wait time to pick up and drop off the car
The manager who helped us was pleasant and efficient. He answered our questions cheerfully. The next person in line was different. She came in angry and confrontational, he responded with equal rudeness. At one point, his statement was so rude that the lady stopped in shock to process what he said. I felt it was very unprofessional.

This time it wasn't great told you guys I was going out of town with 7 kids needed space was even willing to cover the extra for I also I needed some cleaning supply every one in very back set felt jammed up I couldn't take my supplies. I saved up insurance days for a family reunion haven't seen my little sisters in 15 year our dad was so excited ! Then I get a call I had to take the car back you guys sold it !
