The staff at 98th site are awesome. Led by a wonderful young lady. Shandrea Lewis. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. She is my Goat of managers. She always, puts me first.
We have rented from Enterprise for 30+ years worldwide because the employees in every country are exceptional—this rental at the 98th Ave location was the best in all these years. There is a woman that pretty much works 3-4 people's job all by herself. She is always friendly, professional and swift with the service. No matter how busy they are she always has the superb customer service and that is refreshing to experience in the city of Oakland. I am a plus member and had a recent experience where I have had to rent for and extended period of time. Shandrea is fantastic! She made sure I got the car seats needed even if it meant picking them up elsewhere. Her entire vibe is amazing!!!
