Place is a joke. Will let you rent your vehicle online and when you show up to pick it up they deny you because they don’t have any vehicles for you. Go somewhere else. This is the 2nd time this has happened

I booked a car online 5 days before I needed it. I physically came into the location 2 days later to confirm the reservation and verify they had my correct information. I then confirmed online the following day. I received a call 2 and 1/2 hours prior to my pick-up time and was told they don't have any cars available. This is a very poor way to conduct business.
Friendly personal touch from all employees
This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I rented a car during a hurricane warning, and halfway to Hilton Head the windshield wipers stopped working in the pouring rain. I had to pull over on the highway and untangle them myself just to see the road. On the way home, the oil light came on saying “Check oil NOW.” When I checked, the dipstick was bone dry.
