Very unprofessional customer service, I called into the store to get info on my current rental they placed me on hold several times, and kept hanging up on me, when I asked to speak to a manager one of the reps said he would be able to assist me. Then he still couldn't answer any of my questions after 10 minutes on the line with him he then say the manger is not in.. When he should've just said it in the beginning! A complete waste of my time.
