Lloyd is the man.
I will never rent from this location again, and possibly never enterprise. Returned vehicle and was charged for an extra day. When I called more than once to rectify the situation they took my number and never called back. Enterprise Customer service cannot help with local branch things-you can only call or go in person. Good luck getting a spare employee to help you if you go in person. If this is a staffing issue, it’s disappointing and hopefully gets rectified in the future.
