Hi, I’d like to provide some feedback about my rental and the way the fuel and mileage were handled. I rented this vehicle on September 3, and the mileage was 173 miles when I picked it up. During the rental, I also paid about $25 for gas and put the gas into the vehicle myself. My original rental was supposed to end on September 4 at 6 PM. However, on September 4, I needed to rent another vehicle for my friend, but there were no other vehicles available at the location. Enterprise Thornton was great to work with. The team member on site was unfortunately alone that evening and was slammed with customers. She was very open with her communication and let everyone know the situation up front and continued to help everyone in the order they arrived. Her honesty was refreshing and made the wait not so bad. What a great asset to Enterprise!
I prefer this location over all other pick up spots and Eli is the reason I constantly come back. She is personable, she handles the continuous stream of customers and phones calls with great poise, and she takes care of the customer. I will chose Enterprise because of Eli.
We arrived to pick up our rental provided by O’Meara GMC. The young man who assisted us in the beginning was kind, empathetic and friendly. The young lady was rude, unprofessional and completely bothered that she had to help us. We were given a completely awful car. It was never cleaned, smelled strongly of dead dog. She didn’t want to hear any of it. I asked if the car was cleaned she said “we use hard water” no it’s clearly dirt but she wasn’t going to do any of it. This was an awful experience.
On August 17, I made a reservation by phone for a box truck to be picked up at this location on August 28, 11 days in advance. On August 27, less than 17 hours before pickup, I received a call saying the reservation could not be honored because this location had not rented box trucks in a very long time. I was told they would contact other branches, try to locate a truck, and call me back by close of business. That call never came.
