Very friendly and helpful staff very much appreciated all her help and putting my tablet up that I forgot when returning the car.
I was injured in an accident. My car needed repaired. I was disconnected and hung up multiple times over the course of 3 days calling to set up this appointment. Finally I was able to set this rental up. 15 minutes later I got a call from this location (I had set my rental for Niles Michigan) stating they didn’t service my area and I would need to set the appointment at the location in Niles.
