I was supposed to have a rental set up at this location when they opened at 8 am on a Monday. A rep from the Mishawaka store called me and I said "No, South Bend location on 933, please." She said no problem I'll transfer your reservation to them. So I had someone drop me off here only to find out it was set up with the Michigan Ave location. Only rental company I use
Kim was one of the best if not the best person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service… she was amazing!
Staff was quick to clean out the car and get it washed for me. I rented online and was in and out within 30 min
Had a reservation today and was literally in and out. The customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be renting here again when needed.
