Went for a car and all we got was attitude. Snappy clerk with no sense of customer service. Did not feel welcome and would not spend money on something I would not feel comfortable in. Go to the one across town. I think this more of a convenient place for out of towners (good way to welcome the out of towners I guess) terrible spot to even attempt to get business.
Off airport Enterprise was very nice to deal with and I am sure I got a better price than renting at the airport.
Fast and cheap and friendly
Unfortunately had a negative experience with this location - Enterprise usually has such great customer service, so I will chalk it up to 1. this location and 2. it being a busy holiday weekend. Drop off procedures were not clearly communicated, so that was a mess. Additionally, I was unaware of an extra cleaning fee applied to my visit. Seeing a $200 charge without word from the company was unpleasant to say the least. Overall, better communication would have avoided a poor review on my part.
