I love all enterprise locations except this one. They accepted my reservation; however, when I arrived they said they didn't have my rental car size. Instead, they only had the larger and upcharged me $25.00. Every other Enterprise, if they accept your reservation and they don't have your size vehicle after you arrive, they offer you the next size at no additional cost. I had a very good experience here during a stressful time. Ryan helped me out and listened to what I needed. The car worked out fantastically for my trip, and I am very grateful! This location is also easy to get to from the freeway, and not from the airport.
We have rented from Enterprise for decades and will continue. Great Customer Service, Discounts l, vehicles always clean and maintained.
