My experience at Gulf Breeze Enterprise was excellent! I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Lauren at this office. There were no unexpected expenses, fees, charges. I reserved a van online and received a confirmation, but the next day I was called and told no vans were available due to a recall and that I would need to switch to an SUV. I agreed to decide at pickup. However, when I arrived, they said a van was available after all—but the vehicle they provided was not clean and had an unpleasant smell inside. Gulf Breeze location for Enterprise Car rental should be your choice to rent a car! Friendly, efficient customer service. They go out of their way to ensure I get what I need. Always smiling and friendly. Lauren and Jake who took care of me picking up and dropping off were top notch! This location is a much better option than utilizing the airport location. The staff there make all the difference!
I’m a little late with my review but I rented a car from enterprise last month during spring break and Lauren, Joe, and Lucas were all super nice and great to work with! They got me a car that was super clean and worked great for the trip we took. They made the process very easy and provided amazing customer service at the pickup and drop off. I told them I’ll definitely come back for all my rental needs in the future and have recommended them to others as well!
