I called yesterday afternoon to confirm my reservation even though I had confirmation number as I always double check. Needed the car today for an important event I had tickets for to take my son and his girlfriend to an event at 6 pm. When I got dropped off to get the rental car they had no cars. No ETA and I’m left holding hundreds in tickets with no transportation to the venue. The ONLY reason I rented while my car is in unexpected repairs is to attend the event. Why we don’t have option for 0 CERO STARS… no customer service from the assistant manager how process us rental agreement, NO CAR CLASS, she downgraded to icar when we reserved and confirmed IFar. Also car was dirty And full level has literally little past 1/2 below for what she said 7.1 Please contact me for pictures, videos and more details in case you needed.
The staff went above and beyond to meet my requirements and explaining all my options and terms of the agreement, however car options are very limited, still a great option if you are very flexible about the car.
Jorge had provided excellent service! He called me the day before to confirm the pick up time and provided information regarding availability of the vehicles. The process of renting a car was very smooth and quick. We got a great car with a very little mileage. At the time of return everything was great as well. Thank you enterprise and professionalism of Jorge for making our car rental experience a positive one. Highly recommend this car rental company!
