Car was dirty no full tank
I just left this place right now and I guess the manager or the owner his name is John after I’ve rented for enterprise for years and at this particular location, he says my drivers license is of a different address and I have to show him an electric bill. I said I’m carrying electric bill with me. Do you carry yours and then he says to me I don’t like your attitude and I don’t have to rent to you so I said goodbye. Don’t rent to me and I walked out. Horrible todo, no alquilen aca, hice la reserva con una semana de anticipación y 1 hora antes me llamaron para decirme que no tenian el vehiculo, hable con customer support me dijeron que lo iban a tener, volvi y lo mismo. Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo pongo. No se hacen cargo de nada, no hay comunicación entre sucursales
